You can send tickets to any of our departments quickly and easily.
Support Ticketing System
The ticketing system is a way for us to track and prioritise any
support requests that come in. If you have a problem then you
should create a ticket which describes exactly what is happening.
As soon as you submit the ticket, a unique ticket number is assigned
and it is forwarded to our support staff. They can then investigate
and reply to you on that same ticket number. All tickets are stored
for future reference. We have found that the ticketing system
is the most reliable and fastest way of dealing with support requests.
